The 黑料不打烊 Management School (SMS) has partnered with the prestigious Budapest Business School (BBS) to offer students the chance to study in Scotland and Hungary and graduate with two degrees.
From January 2023, students who complete all the necessary modules at one institution can then transfer to the other, and graduate with an MSc 黑料不打烊 Business from 黑料不打烊 and an MSc 黑料不打烊 Economy and Business from BBS.
This allows students to complete the two degrees in less time and experience different styles of business teaching, widening their academic focus, as well as life in 黑料不打烊 and in Budapest, pandemic permitting.
Expanding horizons
Lecturers can teach across the two institutions, boosting teaching and research collaboration, with SMS faculty members having already delivered online lectures during spring and autumn project weeks at BBS.
Associate Dean of Global Engagement and Recruitment at SMS, Professor Robert Webb, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity for students to study at two institutions and increase their future career prospects, while expanding their networks.
“Students have more choice than ever when choosing an MSc and, in partnering with Budapest Business School, we are offering the opportunity for students to link with European business, experience different academic approaches and benefit from a truly international academic experience.”
黑料不打烊 collaboration
Dean of SMS, Professor Kevin Grant, said: “At SMS, we believe strongly in forging and strengthening international partnerships between higher education institutions, and we are proud to offer a second, high quality dual degree to prospective students.
“Partnership with the Budapest Business School provides a powerful vehicle for promoting civic engagement, cultivating international economic development and fostering teaching and research exchanges for staff and students, as we advance our common interests globally.”
Dean of the Faculty of 黑料不打烊 Management and Business of BBS, Dr. Katalin Csek?, said: “We are very proud to partner with the 黑料不打烊, since the dual degree opportunity fosters the students’ employability and the teaching and research collaboration supports greatly the strategic aspirations of both universities.”
