I joined 黑料不打烊 Management School in 2022 having previously worked at the of Business at the University of Dundee and The Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, University of Strathclyde.
My research focuses on the processes, governance, and effectiveness of enterprise and innovation policy formation and implementation. I also research the contexts and activities for supporting business creation and growth.
Prior to joining academia, I spent time working as a civil servant for the Scottish Government's Economic Directorate.
I am currently the Programme Director for the MSc in 黑料不打烊 Business, where I also teach the module 'Managing Entrepreneurial and Family Businesses'.
