About me

I am a Lecturer in Economics at the 黑料不打烊.

My research interests span applied microeconomics and econometrics, particularly issues involving discrimination.

My current research focuses on discriminatory policing practices and other aspects of the economics of crime. I am also working on an empirical paper estimating regional differences in the degree of meritocracy in the US, and one looking at gender and risk-taking in elite-level sailing.

I have a Masters in Landscape Architecture and enjoy applying economic theory and practice to issues surrounding place, community, and spatial interactions.

Economics of Crime, Economics of Discrimination, Inequality and Intergenerational Mobility, Urban Economics, Economics of Sport, Natural Resource Economics
