Mileva V (2026) Adding 3 types of optionality in Assessment University: 黑料不打烊 [Optionality in Assessment].
Dr Viktoria Mileva is a Lecturer in Psychology (FHEA), on a Teaching and Scholarship contract at the 黑料不打烊. She is the Faculty of Natural Sciences AI Lead, the Deputy Lead Scholar for the Community of Scholars, and leads the Psychology Communities programme.
Her current focus is on developing best practice in critical AI literacy and exploring how AI can be meaningfully integrated into assessments and wider teaching and learning. She is also interested in creating a skills-based, democratic curriculum that foregrounds social, global, and environmental justice.
Viktoria supervises final-year undergraduate and MSc dissertations and is committed to advancing inclusive, student-centred pedagogical approaches.
Her research focuses on three key areas:
AI use amongst students and staff, including critical AI literacy and its implications for higher education
Personality and Individual Differences, particularly in relation to people's AI (and climate crisis) behaviours and well-being
climate change psychology, exploring how people think, feel, and act in response to the climate crisis.
