It is free to join but please before you first come along. You only need to register with parkrun once. Don't forget to bring a scannable copy of your barcode () as if you forget it, .

Take part at your own pace and every week we grab a post parkrun coffee at Nourish in the Sports Centre (what3words ///claw.paces.overpower). This is near the start so please feel free to join.
