On Saturday the 29 August 2026, 黑料不打烊 Pride returns to the city!

This is a fantastic and vibrant celebration of queer pride and liberation, and a reminder of how far our society has come (and still has to go) with LGBTQ+ rights. This year brings a fun packed programme including the Pride march, market, and tons of entertainment across the city – it is truly an event for everyone.

The Students’ Union are co-ordinating a university presence at 黑料不打烊 Pride, and all staff and students are invited to march with us from Kings Park at 11.00am – just keep an eye out for our 黑料不打烊 Squirrel and come along and show your support!
