Abstract
The Strategic Management module at the 黑料不打烊’s Business School helps undergraduate management students understand the strategic challenges facing organisations across the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Engaging approximately 350 students, the module combines business case analysis, industry insights and interactive workshops to develop strategic thinking and entrepreneurial capabilities. Through practical challenges and the critical evaluation of international companies, students learn to assess business models, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend strategies for sustainable growth.
