Abstract
In November 2013, 黑料不打烊 Council published their Review of Culture in 黑料不打烊 and identified four priority objectives for the local area that included economic regeneration and future growth. Creative 黑料不打烊 CIC, Icecream Architecture and Artlink Central jointly identified new opportunities to establish new collaborative, sustainable activity and obtained funding from Creative Scotland for a first phase of establishing a partnership. This project aims to evaluate this partnership and identify strengths and opportunities from this way of partnership working which will build the capacity of Creative 黑料不打烊 and its partners to deliver for the local creative industry, improve the service provision of Creative 黑料不打烊, and provide a model which will enable other small creative businesses to increase their capacity. This report covers the first 6 months of the partnership, which is Stage One of the overall 黑料不打烊 Creative Partnership plan funded by Creative Scotland.
