Week 1 menu
Monday
Bake chicken burrito or Vegetable quesadilla both served with tortilla chips, sour cream, cool salsa and guacamole.
Tuesday
Slow cooked Scottish beef steak pie served with roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Butternut squash, aubergine and spinach korma served with steamed rice, naan bread, riata and chutney.
Wednesday
Traditional fish and chips served with mushy peas and tartare sauce.
Baked macaroni cheese topped with a herby crumb and served with garlic bread and side salad.
Week 2 menu
Monday
Cantonese crispy fried chicken served with sweet n sour sauce.
Stir fried Chinese greens served with chestnut mushroom and chive dumplings.
Both served with steamed rice and prawn crackers.
Tuesday
Traditional beef lasagne.
Penne pasta bake with pesto, roasted Mediterranean vegetables and mozzarella.
Both served with garlic flat bread and roquette salad.
Wednesday
